This was a tour stop on his "Purpose World Tour." The way he commanded the Barclays Center stage was exceptional. The audience was with him every step of the way. The production of his show was grand with pyrotechnics and waterfalls (during his encore for "Sorry'), and his choreography skills were top-notch. There were moments of emotional empowerment with songs such as the heartfelt "I'll Show You," where he was able to prove his naysayers and critics wrong.

He sang his poignant ballad "Love Yourself" on acoustic guitar, and it was neat to hear him finish it up a capella, where his Barclays Center fans served as his background vocalists. He went on to dedicate the song "Children" to all the children out there. Bieber closed his show with his breakthrough hit "Baby," as well as the title track "Purpose," thus showcasing his growth and maturity as a recording artist. Overall, Justin Bieber put on the best concert of 2016 by a male solo artist. The Grammy award he earned earlier this year for "Where Are Ü Now" for "Best Dance Recording" was based on merit. He manages to put on the best productions out there.
