British actress Keira Knightley attended the Newport Beach Film Festival Pre-BAFTA 'The Imitation' private reception held in London.
The 29 year old actress flaunted her growing baby bump in a custom made Michael Van Der Ham dress. The floral patterned dress featured an empire waist with short lace sleeves, and Keira added a pair of silver metallic pumps to her attire.
Smouldering smoky eyes and teased wavy hair completed Keira's look for the event.
