Over 40 African migrants are feared to have drowned off the coast of Libya when their rickety boat sank.
It is believed that migrants from Senegal, Mali, Sub-Saharan Africa, Benin were among the over 120 migrants in the boat.
Survivors have told the United Nations and Aid Agencies that both women and children are believed to have drowned in the chaos that followed when the boat they were in started taking in water on Wednesday.
