Lina's "Make Your Mark" Blue Texture

Hello lovelies!

Cannot get enough of Lina's "Make your Mark" stamping plates. This is just a simple double stamping mani with one of the texture patterns from plate 01.

I started with a base of China Glaze "At Vase Value". I love this shade, but the formula is dreadful, it needs three coats and does not level out well at all. But the shade is perfection, happy sky baby blue, I love it. I then stamped the first layer with Colour Alike "B. a Cozy Blanket". I then stamped a second layer with BPS white.

It was missing just a little something, so I stamped the heart splatter from the plate with Ya Qin An #17 from BPS. I sealed it all in with SV and then applied a matte top coat to get the desired effect.
