November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Alright, I was incredibly behind on my November empties, so I figured it's just best if I combine the two months in to one post - it's a bit of a doozy:

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties
Some items were received as PR samples - this post contains affiliate links

Hard Candy Sheer Envy Color Correct Cushion Wonder in "Peach" ~ $6.98 CAN. This color-correcting serum instantly provides weightless color correction of any skin coloration concern.

I you've seen my Project Pan 20 in 2020 Wrap up Post, there will be a few repeat products in this post, because I finished quite a few goodies. This was a good product and I did like it, it was creamy and blended in so nicely. It was peach so it worked to colour correct under my eyes and looked good. This was a Monthly Favourite back in July 2017 but the cushion just got so messy and I probably wouldn't pick this up again only because of this.
Repurchase: Not likely

ColourPop BFF Liquid Liner in Numero Uno ~ $8.00 US. An ultra-fine felt tip liquid eyeliner that delivers intense pigmentation in one easy swipe.

I liked this liner when I first tried it - it had a sharp flexible felt tip which is my favourite to use. The formula was pigmented, but I found it faded after a few month's use and the formula was just okay, but not my favourite!
Repurchase: Probably not

Lancome Monsieur Big Volumizing Mascara ~ travel size shown (full size is $33.00 CAN). A volumizing mascara for your most dramatic lashes yet—get a false lash effect with up to 12x more volume and up to 24 hours of wear.

I really liked this mascara and I thought this made my lashes so full and pretty - you can see it on a look on me here! The formula was really good initially, but after a couple of months, it got too dry and flaky on me, which was too bad!
Repurchase: No, I have other formulas I prefer

Skindinavia The Makeup Setting Spray ~ travel size (full size is $29.00 - $39.00 US). This clinically-proven makeup finishing spray (also known as a setting spray) applies as a lightweight, breathable fine mist to set liquid and powder makeup, and hold it in place for 16+ hours!

I was going through my older makeup products and am using up my older products first. This setting spray was pretty good - I personally prefer the Skindinavia Bridal Setting Spray and the Oil Control one. I will always repurchase the Skindinavia ones though - they are my favourite.
Repurchase: Yes

Benefit Cosmetics Precisely, My Brow Pencil in 4 ~ $32.00 CAN. A ultra-fine brow shaping and defining pencil that draws incredibly natural hair-like strokes that last up to 12-hours.

Another empty from my Project Pan, but I finished another brow product! I love this brow pencil - it's probably my favourite ever and it even made my 2018 Yearly Favourites, so it's good! It just applies really nicely and naturally, and is the perfect texture, not too creamy or too dry!
Repurchase: YES!

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

The Crème Shop's Wisp Me Away mascara will never flake on you! Each mascara is paired with a unique wand to deliver the lashes of your dreams. Volumizing - multiplies the look of lashes up to 300%.

This was supposed to be volumizing and it literally did nothing for my lashes whatsoever - it honestly hardly even put colour on my lashes, let alone lift them or do anything. It was one of the worst mascara formulas that I've tried.
Repurchase: Never

Covergirl Trublend Undercover Concealer in Light Nude ~ $11.49 CAN. Say bye to blemishes, dark circles, rednesss, and more with this velvety, smooth formula that does not crease and lasts all day!

I've used this a lot, but it's not empty - it's a toss. I'm going in to 2021 without stuff that I don't like so bye-bye to this concealer. It's too thick, it dries to quickly and doesn't blend nicely and just looks cakey.
Repurchase: No no no

Catrice Liquid Camouflage High Coverage Concealer in 001 Fair Ivory ~ $7.99 CAN. Dark circles, imperfections and redness are now a thing of the past - the Catrice Liquid Camouflage Concealer offers optimal coverage without drying out the skin.

This was a standout early pandemic for me when I stopped wearing a lot of face makeup and focused on concealer - it made my Monthly Favourites in May and I just finished it after starting it at the start of the year! This concealer blends nicely and doesn't crease, which is lovely (plus it's affordable!) - it wears so nicely and lasts all day! This colour was slightly lighter than I prefer, so I will go darker next time!
Repurchase: Yes, I have backups!

B.M.C. Red Nail Art Polish ~ $?

B.M.C. doesn't exist anymore, they are now Maniology and I don't think they even do nail art polish, I think they only focus on nail stamping polishes. So, this is old and well loved I used it until I couldn't use anymore at all, it was empty and dried up.
Repurchase: Not possible

Yves Saint Laurent Volupté Tint-in-Balm in Flirt Me Coral ~ $49.00 CAN. A hybrid lipstick that combines nourishing balm care with glowing, sheer color for a hint of tint that enhances lip color.

I know packaging isn't everything; but, seriously, how stunning is this tinted lip balms?! It's one of those products I could hold on to forever and not use because it's so pretty, but I'm trying to be better about using everything I like! I tried this earlier this year and it made my January Monthly Favourites - it's lovely, but I have lots more tinted lip balms waiting to be used!

Kevyn Aucoin The Celestial Highlighting Powder in CandleLight ~ $53.00 CAN. A sheer, opalescent highlighting powder that works to illuminate features with a subtle glow.

This is another project pan "empty" - not quite empty, but this thing has been dropped and repressed and I used the crap out of it this year, so it's time for it to move on. Also, I noticed that it's no longer available, so it was a good time to finish it up!
Repurchase: Not available anymore

Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer ~ travel size (full size is $32.00 CAN). This gentle, lightweight, oil, fragrance and paraben free formula keeps your eye shadow picture-perfect and crease-free from day to night.

This was a really old eye primer and it was starting to separate and just didn't work well anymore - I was happy to finish this up!
Repurchase: No

Paula's Choice Soothing Primer Serum SPF 30 ~ $30.00 US. A multi-tasking primer that softens and smooths skin with a formula that features antioxidants and broad-spectrum SPF 30, resulting in a flawless, makeup-ready complexion.

I really loved this primer last year - it made my favourites in June 2019 and I typically use it in the Summer because of the added SPF. I wanted to finish this up before the expiry date and I really liked this!
Repurchase: Yes, I would

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Paula's Choice 2% BHA Exfoliant ~ $29.50 US. Our #1 product worldwide + cult favorite, this gentle leave-on exfoliant quickly unclogs pores, smooths wrinkles, and brightens and evens out skin tone.

This product is basically amazing - it made my 2019 Skincare Favourites! This works for daily maintenance (I use it a couple of days a week), but it is amazing on breakouts as well as those horrible deep acne spots.
I'm so impressed with this and love that it is a super gentle formula with a lower amount of BHA, so it's not drying or harsh on the skin!
Repurchase: Yes!

Paula's Choice C15 Super Booster ~ $49.00 US. This concentrated booster with 15% pure vitamin C dramatically brightens uneven skin while improving the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.

I'm finally feeling comfortable with using vitamin C in my skincare routine, and this was one the serums that helped with that. I enjoyed this formula and I really like the Paula's Choice boosters - I thought this one was good, but I do have vitamin c that I prefer a little more.
Repurchase: Maybe, I'm not opposed to using it again!

Vichy Mineral 89 Eye Care ~ $34.95 CAN. Mineral89 Eyes is a non-greasy gel formula combining 89% Vichy Mineralizing Thermal Water with natural origin hyaluronic acid and pure caffeine to strengthen the skin’s barrier function.

I really love this eye serum - it was really nice, but certainly a little on the light side! It is more of a serum and not as hydrating as a cream. This was a favourite in November 2019 and I thought it was good for keeping my under eyes smooth. This Winter though, I felt like I needed more hydration and this left my skin a little sticky and wanting more moisture!
Repurchase: Maybe

Drunk Elephant Virgin Marula Luxury Face Oil ~ sample size shown here (full size is $95.00 CAN). A face oil rich in critical antioxidants and omegas 6 and 9 that moisturizes, nourishes, and visibly balances while restoring a youthful-looking glow.

This came as a sample with the BabyFacial as it's supposed to be used after the BabyFacial so that's when I used it and it was really nice and hydrating on the skin! It was very smooth and hydrating, but $95 for full size is too much for me!
Repurchase: If I was given it, I would happily use it

Glow Recipe Plum Plump Hyaluronic Acid Serum ~ $55.00 CAN. A hydrating serum with juicy plum and five weights of hyaluronic acid that fills skin with hydration for a visibly plump effect.

This was a decent serum - I had high hopes for it because I love all the Glow Recipe products that I've tried. And, it felt hydrating, but it was just okay for me. My skin was smooth so it wasn't bad.
Repurchase: I would probably try it again

Dr. Jart+ Cicapair Tiger Grass Cream ~ sample size (full size is $63.00 CAN). A face cream that moisturizes and soothes dry, sensitive skin with a blend of strengthening Jartbiome, soothing Centella Rx, and reparative Cicabond.

I thought this was way too thick for a straight face cream - I saved this for really dry patches and used it to target those areas and it worked well for that. It did feel really healing, but it wasn't a completely necessary step.
Repurchase: No

Cosrx Acne Pimple Master Patch x2 ~ $6.26 CAN (prices vary by website). Acne Pimple Master Patch heals acne, blemishes and prevents future breakouts quickly.

These are a holy grail in my collection - these made my favorites all the way back in September 2015 and I still repurchase consistently. These clear up acne so well and so quickly!
Repurchase: Always!

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

The Body Shop Mango Hand Cream ~ $10.00 CAN. The ultimate handbag must have, this daily hand cream is perfect for on-the-go hydration.

I'm using sooo much hand cream right now between the crazy dry weather as well as the extra washing/sanitizing, etc. This one was fantastic - it was gelly and light and the scent is amazing!
Repurchase: Yes

Lush "Sleepy" Hand and Body Lotion ~ $9.95 - $19.95. Slather on this gorgeous pale purple lotion, breathe in its sweet, comforting lavender and tonka perfume and you'll instantly feel at ease.

I love the Sleepy scent and I kept this by my bed for a nighttime body or hand lotion - it lasted a long time and I loved it!
Repurchase: Yes!

Riversol Daily Moisturizing Cream x3 ~ samples shown (full size is $49.00 CAN). A potent blend of vitamins provides deep hydration and returns optimal barrier function to the skin’s mantle.

I got this and they were supposed to last a week per package, but they maybe lasted 3 times. The cream was pretty thick so for someone with more skin, even in the Winter, this was too thick for a day cream for me.
Repurchase: Not likely

Glamglow Waterburst Hydrated Glow Moisturizer ~ sample (full size is $66.00 CAN).
A weightless water cream for up to 72 hours of continuous hydration.

This was a really nice light moisturizer and Glamglow knows how to make their products smell amazing! I thought this was nice and light and comfortable to wear!
Repurchase: I would consider it!

Emma Hardie Brilliance Facial Oil ~ samples size (full size is $73.00 CAN). Formulated with nine essential oils and five plant oils, the hydrating elixir melts effortlessly into skin, delivering much-needed hydration while improving skin's radiance and elasticity.

I think I got this in a past Look Fantastic advent calendar and this was pretty good - it felt very nourishing and soothing on the skin! I enjoyed it.
Repurchase: I have a few other oils to try before I think of repurchasing one, but maybe

Vichy Aqualia Thermal Rehydrating Water Gel ~ $39.95 CAN. Skin is instantly dewy-fresh, feels comfortable, stays hydrated for up to 48 hours and are as reinforced even under climate variations, stress, or pollution.

This was a light gel moisturizer - I started using it a few months ago when the weather was warmer and less dry and it worked well. Unfortunately, it didn't work great as it started getting drier out, I just found this a little to dry and tacky. Also, it could have been that it was close to it's expiry date too, but it just didn't offer enough hydration for me.
Repurchase: No

Dior Capture Youth Age-Delay Advanced Creme ~ sample shown (full size is $120.00 CAN). An expert antioxidant cream that works to delay visible signs of aging before they appear.

What is with super expensive name brand creams having unbearable florally strong scents - this one lasted forever and was almost too hard to wear with the scent. It was not good.
Repurchase: Never

Kaia Naturals The Vitamin Cleanse Wipes ~ $10.00 CAN for 10 wipes or $16.00 CAN for 30 wipes. The sustainable answer to single-use makeup wipes.

These wipes are made from 100% biodegradable and compostable unbleached bamboo, they're perfect for even sensitive skin, and can even be planted after use. I love this sustainable approach to single use beauty products and I thought these worked. But, these needed to be used pretty quickly once opened as I waited a few months and found that the last few were pretty dried out.
Repurchase: Probably not because of how fast they dried out

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

La Roche-Posay Toleriane Sensitive Riche ~ travel size shown (full size is $25.00 CAN). Our new daily facial moisturizer for dry skin. Soothing 48h hydration that comforts skin and reduces sensitivity over time.

This was a pretty good moisturizer - I've been going back through using all the older products in my collection, so it's time to use up some samples. This one was pretty good and worked well - it wasn't a standout, bit it was good.
Repurchase: Maybe

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Complex ~ sample size (full size is $85.00 CAN). A supercharged treatment that helps repair the visible impact of lack of sleep, UV, and pollution.

I really like the Estee Night Repair multi-repair complex for the face, but I didn't think the eye serum was as effective (or because it was a sample, I didn't use it for as long). But I prefer a cream for my eyes to help them feel more hydrated. This was okay, but not something I would buy for myself.
Repurchase: No

Mad Hippie Face Cream ~ sample size shown (full size is $35.99 CAN). Packed to the brim with peptides and antioxidants, Mad Hippie Face Cream is formulated to moisturize, sooth and rejuvenate the skins appearance.

I never want to judge a product too strongly with only one or two uses, so this one was okay - I used it is a day moisturizer and it was fine.
Repurchase: Hard to say, I have so many moisturizers to use!

Fresh Soy Face Cleanser ~ deluxe size shown (full size is $49.00 CAN). A bestselling, do-it-all cleanser for all skin types that’s tough on makeup but gentle on skin.

This is a nice, gentle face cleanser - it smells like cucumbers and is really easy on the skin! Love it for in the mornings for just a nice, gentle cleanser!
Repurchase: Yes

No7 Laboratories CICA - Rescuing Skin Paste ~ sample shown (full size is $28.00 CAN). Our overnight CICA-Rescue Skin Paste has been proven to help strengthen skin's resilience to effectively reduce the appearance of redness, revealing skin that looks calm, even toned and glowing with health.

I always love using something deeply nourishing for a night cream at least a couple times a week and I thought this was a good one. It is quite thick but was good.
Repurchase: I would consider it

Dr. Brandt Xtend Your Youth Eye Cream ~ sample size shown (full size is $47.95 CAN). An antioxidant-rich eye cream.

Again, still carrying on my using up older products, so a lot of them are samples, but this is an older eye cream that only seems to be available on discount beauty sites now. It wasn't any special, but it worked for the 2 times I could use it with this little sample.
Repurchase: No

Algenist Splash Absolute Hydration Replenishing Sleeping Pack ~ sample size (full size is $70.00 CAN). An overnight sleeping mask combining alguronic acid and algalyte complex to intensely hydrate skin while energizing the complexion.

I thought that this was a really nice overnight sleeping mask - it was very hydrating and my skin was very smooth and soft in the morning!
Repurchase: I might

Graydon All Over Face & Body Lotion ~ sample size (full size is $30.00 CAN). You can use it on both your face and body -- a pump or two will keep your skin soft and smooth from head to toe all day long.

I really like most Graydon products that I've tried, but I can't use the same lotion on my face and body! I just used this on my body while away at work training and it was fine, I do see it was a little light for a body lotion, so it would be face safe.
Repurchase: Probably not

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Klorane Dry shampoo with Nettle - Natural shade - Oil absorbing ~ $15.49 CAN.  Thanks to its oil absorbing formula and its natural shade, it cleans brown to dark hair without water and an invisible finish.

I haven't used many tinted dry shampoos and I liked this one - the formula of the Klorane dry shampoo is good and the tint helped with my roots showing! It did the trick, pretty well!
Repurchase: Yes

Rocky Mountain Soap Company Vanilla Coconut Fine Hair Natural Shampoo ~ travel size shown (full size is $25.00 CAN). Vanilla Coconut natural shampoo gives fine hair a volume boost thanks to Humic, Lactic and Oleic Acids.

Rocky Mountain Soap Company Orange & Jasmine Natural Conditioner ~ travel size shown (full size is $25.00 CAN). This all natural conditioner blend is formulated to moisturize, shine and detangle.

This shampoo and conditioner combo just didn't work for my hair, even though I have fine hair - it just left my hair looking stringy and greasy the next day after washing. The scent of the vanilla coconut one, it was delicious smelling. But, otherwise these weren't good for me.
Repurchase: Never

Soak Fizz and Bubbles Bubble Bath Bar Sample - Lavender Mallous ~ sample.

This was fine - it bubbled up and worked well and smelled good. I didn't think the bubbles lasted super long, but it was fine.
Repurchase: No

Lush Rub Rub Rub Body Scrub ~ $22.95 CAN. Halfway between a scrub and a shower gel, this delicately scented wash gives you the best of both worlds.

This was a really good scrub - it actually lathered up really nicely as it scrubbed up and smelled amazing. The formula is probably my favourite scrub formula because it's not too rough or dry.
Repurchase: Yes

Live Clean Holiday Vanilla Peppermint Moisturizing Hand Soap ~ $3.97 CAN. Live Clean Holiday Vanilla Peppermint Moisturizing Hand Soap gently cleanses, hydrates and restores moisture balance and luster to dry hands.

This was a huge hand soap and I got this one last year - I did like the scent and thought the formula was good too. I do prefer foaming hand soap in my house to make sure the kids actually wash their hands.
Repurchase: Yes, I would

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Acuvue Oasys ~ $63.99 CAN for a pack of 12.

Acuvue Oasys for Astigmatism ~ $53.99 for a pack of 6.

Nothing exciting here - my go-to contacts, as I have pretty dry eyes and these help. One box is for each different prescription.
Repurchase: Yep, but in my new prescription

Marvis Aquatic Mint Toothpaste ~ $10.00 CAN. Marvis Aquatic Mint Toothpaste has a sweet and cool touch of mint with the cool freshness of the sea. Alum powder based, it polishes the teeth smoothly without being harmful for the enamel or the gums.

This toothpaste is so good - I love how fresh this leaves my breath! It's super cooling and refreshing and I like a lot of the flavours, but this is my favourite.
Repurchase: Yes!

SmartMouth Original Activated Mouthwash ~ $26.13 CAN for a 2-pack. Patented zinc ion technology eliminates and prevents bad breath for 12 hours with each rinse.

I picked up this up because I've heard really great things about this mouthwash - it has two sides and it mixes as you pour it out to the cap and it's supposed to be special science to combat bad breath. I do really like this.
Repurchase: Yes

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Quo Beauty Luxury Cotton Pads ~ $7.99 CAN for 3 packs of 100. Soft and luxurious fleece surface.

These seemed to have replaced the Joe Fresh cotton pads and they are okay - I think they are a little thinner than the Joe Fresh ones and those were my favourites. They are still fine.
Repurchase: Yes

Formula X ASAP Nail Cleansing Wipe ~ $?

This is discontinued, which is a bummer because I'm still using a bottle of the Formula X nail cleanser because I actually really like it as a nail prep step.
Repurchase: No can do

Joe Fresh Nail Polish Remover ~ $4.20 CAN.

This is fine - Joe Fresh used to have a different shaped bottle that was better - only had a small hole at the top that was way easier to dispense product from. But, this still did the trick. I do like this formula better than most others I have tried.
Repurchase: Yes

Teddy's Choice Baby Shampoo ~ $?

I honestly think this is a super old brand of baby shampoo and I'm sure it's been rebranded - I just use baby shampoo to wash my brushes, so I only use a little bit of this every few weeks so they last forever.
Repurchase: Not available any longer

Le Labo Hinoki Shampoo ~ sample shown (full size is $38.00 CAN for 250 ml). A thick, rich and deeply nourishing shampoo.

Le Labo Hinoki Conditioner ~ sample shown (full size is $38.00 CAN for 250 ml). A conditioner that goes on like a moisturizing balm and leaves your hair smooth and shiny.

I got these as a sample with a Le Labo order and these were fine - I thought my hair looked good after using them. They weren't anything standout, but worked fine.
Repurchase: Probably not

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Lush Punkin Pumpkin Bath Bomb ~ $6.45 CAN. Carve out some me-time with the spookily soothing effects of organic pumpkin powder and fragrant cinnamon leaf oil.

Yes, I have so many bath bombs, I'm still using up last year's stuff - but this is a pretty classic Lush bath bomb. It's nothing fancy, but it smells great and works well.
Repurchase: Maybe

Lamb's Soapworks Pineapple Clary Sage Bath Bomb ~ $6.25 CAN. Relax with the tropical fruit scent of pineapple and anxiety reducing clary sage while you settle into a warm bathtub for a soothing soak.

This is a local Calgary company and this bath bomb smelled delicious - it worked well and I enjoyed it!
Repurchase: Yes

Lush Yoga Bomb Bath Bomb ~ $?. Sandalwood-olibanum soother.
This came in my August Lush Box I think this is also an old classic scent that they brought back for the box. This scent is in a current body spray and it's a little earthy for me, but still a fresh scent!
Repurchase: Was limited edition for the box, so can't do

Me! Bath Unicorn Magic Bath Bomb ~ $4.99 CAN. This bath bomb is formulated with a unique six oil blend to leave your skin feeling super soft!

Okay, this bath bomb had the weirdest sticky pink goo bits in it that stuck all over me like glue or bandaid paste and it took days to come off. Seeing reviews now, I'm not the only one whose had that experience.
Repurchase: Never

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Lush I Want A Hippopotamus For Christmas ~ $5.95 CAN. A sweet new addition to our Christmas lineup: a fizzy hippo loaded with plastic-free stars and the fruity-sweet scents of citrus, raspberry and cherry.

This may be made after my favourite Christmas song and it's so adorable - plus, it was a beautiful berry scent and I love fruity, sweet scents for my baths! I like that the little glitter bits are plastic free too. I loved this one!
Repurchase: Yes, if it comes back next year!

Lamb's Soapworks Mango Papaya Bath Bomb ~ $6.25 CAN. Relax with the tropical fruit scent of mango and papaya while you settle into a warm bathtub for a soothing soak.

This was such a yummy scented bath bomb and it was a good bomb - these are a pretty classic bath bomb formula with great scents, so I really enjoy them.
Repurchase: Yes

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

This was fine, it was a little bigger fitting, but it adhered well and had lots of essence. I wore this for longer than 5 minutes and my skin looked good after using this. It was fine.
Repurchase: Yes, probably

Papa Recipe Bombee Honey Mask ~ $32.97 CAN for a pack of 10 masks. Moisturizer contained in super dense sheet cares your skin texture to become alive!

Repurchase: Yes

XO Treatment Room Calm Down and Wear A Mask ~ $10 per mask. Rose Water and Panthenol sheet masks to calm your cookies.

XO Treatment Room is a Calgary skincare/facial company and I've been pretty excited about their products this year - sheet masks aren't a staple product in the line up, but she has some there right now as holiday products. I picked these up on a Thursday special where Annie either releases sales or special products, etc. I quite enjoyed this mask - there was lots of essence and my skin did feel soothed and soft after wearing this.
Repurchase: Yes, I have a few more already

SexyLook Blue Diamond + Squalane Brightening Hydrogel Mask ~ $3.00 US. Saturated in an ultra-moisturizing essence, this hydrogel sheet mask is enriched with diamond powder, squalane, hyaluronic acid, tranexamic acid, marine collagen, shea butter, and seaweed extract to hydrate the skin and brighten the complexion.

Repurchase: Not likely

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Miniso We Bare Bears Moisturizing & Glossy Eyes Mask ~ $3.99 CAN for a pack of 5 eye masks. Contains multiple hydrating extracts, making the eyes smooth and firm.

I've done a full review on these eye masks before - they are a super thin material, adhered well and came with a ton of essence. These were cooling and refreshing and lasted over 30 minutes on me. I found them brightening and hydrating.
Repurchase: Yes

JayJun Honey Dew Red Mask ~ $3.15 CAN. Manuka Honey & Propolis.

This mask was a nice, thin material and had a good amount of essence - I wore it for around 30 minutes and my skin was hydrated. I love masks with honey in them and my skin just feels so nourished and smooth!
Repurchase: Most likely

Tula Star Bright Nourishing & Brightening Hydrogel Mask ~ $20.00 US for set of 4 masks. Powered by superfoods & probiotics, this hydrogel mask brightens, soothes & hydrates skin to give out-of-this-world glow.

The print of this mask is fantastic - I love the stars and I think it's just such a cute touch to a hydrogel mask. I do like that this came in 2 pieces to make the mask fit better - it had a good amount of essence, but it was absorbed quickly and only lasted about 15 minutes. It was good, but nothing spectacular to me.
Repurchase: Not likely

November and December 2020 - Monthly Empties

Masque Bar Animalz Holiday Snowman Sheet Mask ~ $3.98 CAN. This Snowman Character Print Sheet Mask is enriched with extracts that help nourish and hydrate your face.

Masque Bar Pretty Animalz Holiday Moose Sheet Mask ~ $3.99 US. Our Moose Character Print sheet mask provides intensive hydration to calm skin with soothing properties.

I won't talk about these much because I very recently did a Skincare Sunday post featuring them - you can see it here if you want more details! But, I thought they were cute, but didn't really do much for skin benefits.
Repurchase: Probably not

So over the past two months, I've used up 61 products plus an additional 9 masks, for a total of 70 products. I know it helps that I'm using some old samples up right now and that will continue until I clear my oldest products out of my collection!

Also all year, I've been adding up  the totals from each category that I'm using up to see how much I use up by the end of 2020, (and I'm really excited to see how many products in each category I've gone through!) So these numbers are from the start of the year:

-Makeup: 57
-Skincare: 99
-Bath and Body: 68
-Haircare: 32
-Nails: 6
-Masks: 54
-Other: 51

I think these numbers are pretty impressive - it's nice to know that even though I'm still buying products I am getting through things. I'd really like to use more masks in 2021, that really slipped in 2020!
